"I needed two tires replaced on my Toyota. I called them and after about 2 minutes they had my tires ordered. I came in the next day and they replaced my tires in about 30 minutes. Prices seemed fair, and I had no issues with the whole process. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will go back for future tire purchases/services."

"Big thank you to the guys at Loyds. I had a flat tire and needed it patched. I called at 4:45 on a Friday and they said to go ahead and bring it in even though they closed at 5:00. Great service and they fixed it quickly!"

"The guys at the counter were rude. They told me that it would be an hour and gave me a time to come back. I came back when they told me and was told again it would be an hour. I explained that the first guy told me to come back at 130,145. He didn't get my name or anything. Took my car to the back. Few minutes later he informed me my car was done. I went to the counter and asked if there was something in the tire. He said I don't know, I didn't ask. But I saw him patching it. Charged me $18. I paid and left. Very next day, same tire, has low pressure, so obviously they didn't fix anything and got money for a shoddy job. Definitely won't be going back. Update: just got my tire fixed at another shop. They found a nail and they did not even see a patch that supposedly was used to fix my tire last week."
