"This is our second purchase from Jim Falk and boy are we happy with our decision to stay faithful to this dealership. Our sales rep Derrick Hughes went above and beyond our expectations in helping us get into this 2022 Chevy Equinox. It was a gift to my wife for our 52nd Anniversary and she LOVES her new car. "Bought a new 2022 Cadillac XT5, spent over $60k. Rear camera doesn’t work properly. Have driven over an hour to Clinton three times to have this repaired and to have two fender trim pieces replaced. First time trim piece colors did not match, second time trim color did not match and they orderd two left side trim pieces. They finally told me to take it to a different dealership that has a body shop. Rear camera doesn’t work properly, they can’t figure this out either. Now they tell me they are no longer a Cadillac dealer and want me to take it to a different dealership. So, they are passing off their issues to another dealership. They refused to give me their Cadillac regional representative so I could talk to them, must be top secret…..Cadillac doesn’t want to talk to their customers??? My opinion, run from this dealership as fast as you can. They are incompetent and do not have the expertise to even complete warranty work on your vehicle."
