I had a cracked coolant hose, and Lauren and other staff helped assist me in finding a hose that would work, let me borrow tools so I didn't have to buy everything, and let me wait in the lot for my husband to meet me and help me fix it. They were so kind as I was anxious and upset from my car breaking down. Couldn't recommend them more!"

"Absolutely wonderful people who do whatever it takes to get you back rolling. I work over the road and was trying to get from South Dakota back to southern Missouri for Thanksgiving when I blew my rear u joint and dropped my rear driveshaft on the side.of the highway about 12 miles outside Clinton. They were kind and understanding enough to bring me out a new u joint on the side of the highway with bad holiday traffic. Thanks to them, I was able to change it out and be back on the road in 30 minutes and got home in a reasonable time and without having to pay for a tow into town. I can't thank them enough."
