"Disappointing Experience at McDonald's I recently visited McDonald's expecting the usual deliciousness, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The food was lukewarm and lacked the freshness I've come to associate with McDonald's. Additionally, the service was slow, with long wait times at the counter despite there being only a few customers ahead of me. Overall, it was a disappointing visit that left me craving the quality and efficiency that McDonald's is known for."
"After 10 yrs, I give mcdonald's a chance. The result was an extremely watered down shake, not completely mixed, not full, an employee asking if I want them to add more milk to it, and charged $3.10 upcharge on the combo for the horrible experience. "I’ve eaten at restaurants MCD included all across this country and overseas. This Belton restaurant and most other MCD’s, excluding the Lee’s Summit MCD on Langsford & 291hwy and the MCD on 40hwy & 291hwy, should’ve shut down. I order a McDouble no cheese and watch MCD still charges you for the cheese. If you add cheese a slice is 49 cents. Try it self at the Kiosk. It’ll remove the cheese but still charge for it. The cashier didn’t even understand any of it when I mentioned it to her. I also ordered one large Diet Coke. I got 2 diet cokes. Then I had to clean my own table. There was not one clean table in the dinning room. See photos. And, take a look at their drink area. I guess I should say where is the county health department. I’ve never done this before, because I’ve been eating at MCD in the US, Hawaii, and Germany for 52 years, but it’s time us customer’s stop eating at MCD. Maybe they can do better with their coffee shop diversification. And, I even mentioned the bad and disrespectful treatment I’ve received at a number of KC area MCD’s."
"Apathetic. That is the 1-word summary. You know what McDonald's is, so I'm just going to express what makes this McDonald's different. And that is the staff. They weren't rude or disrespectful or anything like that, but they were the epitome of just not giving a F. I live about 10 minutes away, so I did mine as an online order, assuming I could just walk in and pick it up. They hadn't even started when I arrived. Fine, I wouldn't have bothered with a bad review for that. But as I stood there waiting, they served 3 other people. Every one of them was wrong. The first lady was missing her coffee. The second guy was missing his fries. The third guy wasn't given his cup. Finally, mine came up and they didn't give me a cup either. Also, the entire 10 minutes I stood there waiting, no one ever took a position at the register. There was a lady with a baby behind me waiting to order and was getting furious. She just left. To be clear, this wasn't like a dinner rush and were overwhelmed by a crazy number of customers. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon, there were 2 cars in the drive-thru line, and most of the seats in the restaurant were empty. It's simply inexcusable. Honestly, I don't even blame the lazy staff. It's the job of the manager to set and maintain standards, and this person has failed miserably. Whoever manages this location should be fired. Also, it would be nice if you filled the fries containers more than halfway you cheap B's."
"I got really excited when I noticed the lettuce I was going to add to my sandwich was free. But at the end of the bill I noticed that the tax or the overall price was as though I had added lettuce(compared to other locations in the area). After I ordered on the kiosk they were fast because when I came out of the restroom my meal was there! The fries were really good and hot but the sandwich meat wasn't hot but warm.. and it was only 11:00 am. It's an okay place but not above and beyond. Originally I gave this a three-star but these McDoubles haven't been enjoyable so I'm going to have to bring down to 2. I always like second chances so I'll be back sometime."
