"Had my car towed here since it was near my house and had heard nothing but good things about the place from neighbors. Then get hit with a $150 bill just to be given two OBDII Scanner codes and a vague “needs a new CVT Transmission”… Looked up the codes for myself and they DO NOT always mean a whole new transmission is necessary. “Labor” on the bill was $140 alone, and I could’ve gotten the same amount of “work” done either for free at O’Reilly’s or by purchasing my own scanner for $20-30. I had hoped I’d get friendly small business service from the place, but instead I got vague explanations and taken advantage of monetarily while in a tough situation that no one wants to be in as a car owner. ***UPDATE*** Updating the day after all of this and including that I purchased my own OBDII Scanner to check the codes for myself and one of the two codes does not exist in the Diagnostics log, so either they cleared that singular code or just added it for fun so they did not have to work on a “transmission” issue…"
