"Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a service repair center. I took my truck in for a manufacture recall. They found 3 other issues with it. I gave them my warranty company information to start a claim. Didn’t hear back for 3 days. When I reached back out I was told the warranty company wasn’t responding. However, the warranty company then started calling me because they couldn’t get back in touch with the service center. I sent several follow up emails (how I was originally communicating with Jon, my assigned tech) and I tried calling multiple times. He was never available when I called. Never answered any messages I left when I called or emails I sent. My warranty company closed the claim due to him not responding to their calls either! I tried for over a week to get back in touch with them so I could get the repairs completed."
"Van's Service helped answer important questions on a Chevy Bolt EV that Corporate GM customer service could not, but directed me to 1 of Only 3 dealers qualified enough to service EV's of GM. They are worth the trip to get your questions answered. The service writer brought a Certified EV Tech to me to answer my question, really Great Service in my opinion. I am waiting to get a Bolt EUV if it comes in my color. Thanks people."
"It's sad that I regret buying a new GM vehicle because of poor after sale service. I made an appointment to have an oil change. I called the day before to ask about wait time and was told 45 min to an hour and 15 min. The next day the service advisor said it would be closer to the hour and 15 min mark. I chose to wait. No word from anyone until after two hours. The service advisor was nice enough, and acted like they took the utmost care with my car. I accepted the apologies and left almost 3 hours later. After smelling oil burning off the exhaust manifold when I arrived home, I found oil splattered in a pristine engine compartment, pooled on a brace and fluid reservoir, and another missing part problem I won't mention at this time that may not have been their doing. This is one of their top of the line cars, and I'm sorry, but I expect so much more. It's too bad I can't buy a Corvette from the nearby GMC dealer, I've had great service from them in the past. I haven't had a chevy in ages, maybe they will follow up with a customer satisfaction survey like other makes I own, and I'll update my review appropriately."
