"I came in to verify insurance coverage thinking you all would be helpful. I'm not sure why you have an insurance specialist if they aren't willing to verify coverage!?!?!? Your office owns the plan, not the other way around so telling me to call them is useless because they are going to say to call your office. Let me be clear, I inquired about being a new patient and had my insurance information in front of your staff for verification. You clearly didn't want to extend any help to a potential new client. I'm so happy to take my business elsewhere."

"Very professional staff. I liked that Dr. Nicole gave us all the treatment options available, but left the ultimate decision up to us. My boys loved that the waiting room had games and they enjoyed the slushes and coin machines at the end!"

"The dentist is very nice and gentle with the kids. Her English is not great, but she does well to make them comfortable. The support staff, such as hygienists are slightly less than professional. They have fun games in the waiting room, and also offer a slushy (not a great example for a dentist), and a game token for a prize after the visit. The experience is overall decent. We had a visit that had to be cancelled by the dentist, due to illness. We rescheduled, which took some time to get in. We had a conflict arise, and needed to reschedule our daughter's appointment. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We left a voicemail, just after office hours 2 days prior to her appointment requesting to reschedule the appointment. It was rescheduled and they assessed a $75 cancellation fee. We understand that cancelling appointments can equal lost revenue. We called to see if we could discuss the circumstances and the amount of the fee. We were transferred to the office manager's voicemail. We left 3 or more messages, asking to simply discuss the fee. We never received a return call. We have since talked with some friends and all of whom have had similar issues with this dentist office. A little customer service could go a long way. We recommend you consider another dentist."
