"I have gone to Dr. Z for a long time and have always been happy with my visits --- and I don't like going to the dentist! This last visit though, kind of stressed me out. Day 1 it was discovered I needed a crown which was scheduled for the next day. My hygienist on Day 1 was great -- very professional , fast, efficient and personable. Day 2 was not the same. A different hygienist acted like she didn't know how to use the machines and she kept saying they weren't working which shook my confidence somewhat. She talked non-stop and kept looking at the TV and making comments about the show. She did not even get the hint that I was not responding to her. The doctor came in a couple of times to see if she was ready to proceed and she never was. I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours which probably was not necessary at all, had she been fast, efficient and most of all, professional. Upon leaving, I told the front desk that I could not have hygienist again. I plan on staying with this office as all my previous experiences there have been very good."

Raintree Family Dental is not only closer to me, but they had exceeded my expectations! Dr. Pennington and the dental hygienist were so kind and very informative. The first visit was so thorough, I was so impressed. I can tell they love what they do and like to have fun at the same time.
