"Traveled to KC for the Beyonce concert in 2023. My driver for the weekend was Pat. He arrived to pick me up from the airport on time and gave great directions on where I should meet him. He was very informative of places I should visit while I was there. Day of the concert Arrowhead stadium traffic was CRAZY but he was a very safe and patient driver and he was able to get me as close to the stadium as possible. After the concert he was waiting for me in the parking lot and he got me back to my hotel in safely and in a timely fashion. He even had cold waters for me after the show. The cars that he used for the weekend were very clean, spacious and had AC. 10/10 would recommend Pat at Elite Transportation and I will definitely use the company again if I travel to Kansas City."

"We used Elite for an early morning flight where we need to be at the airport by 3:30 AM. I was a bit apprehensive in reserving a car to pick us up as we had been burned in the past by people not showing or showing up late. Driver arrived early, was friendly and not overly chatty for the early hour. We arrived at the airport with no issues. We also used Elite to pick us up when we returned to Kansas City. We let the driver know when we landed, when we had our checked bags and when we were walking to the exit. The terminal area was very busy and we had to wait maybe 1-2 minutes for the car to get through all of the traffic. Pickup was very smooth and we got home safe and sound. Will definitely tell our friends about Elite and use them again!"

"All I can say is Timothy and his team were complete lifesavers! I was landing in Kansas City at 1am due to a last minute work trip. Never having been there before, I was not aware of the lack of rideshare until I was at the airport waiting to board my flight. I called Timothy in a panic and even though he was booked that night he called in a driver at the last minute to make sure I had a safe ride (big thanks to Pat!) Timothy is AMAZING! He is my go to in Kansas City whenever I visit. I could not recommend him more!!!!"

"I called ETP for a last minute ride to a black tie gala when I realized it was going to rain! When they arrived to pick us up the service was top-notch! I got the owner as the driver! He smiled, opened our door, was very friendly! The car was impeccably clean, white leather seats, gorgeous! Timothy is a built in your guide too with expert recs and information about nearby restaurants etc. Excellent service! I then booked him for my next big event was a 12 person passenger vehicle! There was no time minimum for our group which is UNHEARD of. We gave him 30 minutes notice and he came and got us with a smile when we were ready. So incredible for a transportation service. The 12 person passenger vehicle is clean, well air conditioned, and very reasonably priced. Safe, reliable, a much better option than what I have planned in the past. 5 stars!!"
