"I was forced to get braces in elementary school. From a picture I remember, I had a picture perfect smile. Now my jaw is destroyed and pops, teeth ruined and went through 7 years of torture. Not anything less, torture. I cant chew food the same, my mouth is destroyed, I had 6 teeth pulled. I was too young for braces to begin with. I can't even open my mouth without it hurting. I'm 23. I wouldn't even post one star, especially because I emphasized as a kid to him, I didn't want them."

"We went to Dr. Muehlebach for two years for my 19 year old son's braces. After one year of treatment, we let the office know that we planned to move out of state within a year. We had paid 100% of the fees out of pocket and when the work was not done after 2 years, I asked for a refund enough to finish the work and get a retainer when we transferred to another state. I was offered only $60 refund, and the doctor refused to speak with me. It took 5 phone calls and 3 visits to the office where I was told to wait and wait, and then they finally had me pick up my son's records off the door after hours. They would not even refund enough for us to get a retainer made. They only gave us the option to come back 600 miles and get it. However, since his teeth still have gaps, treatment needs to be done. Dr. Muehlebach was courteous initially when we started in his office, and I referred friends to him. However, if there is a remote possibility that you would have to move during treatment, don't waste your money like I did. It was a very expensive mistake."
