These people are liers and will destroy your mouth, if ever in pain refrain from coming here. Root canal attempted and mouth destroyed and Zavon pretended to not even know me, then lied and said I volunteered myself to have the root canal. What sense does that make. STAY AWAY, and I am not scared to say it, they take money from the community, do some good work and #&uk the rest..."

"The rudest receptionist I have ever spoke with in my life. I explained the health insurance coverage and she wanted to be "extra". I began having to listen to her trying to seem as if she's smart and trying to talk to me as though I'm the uneducated one, I finally got a chance to speak. Once I was given the opportunity to speak and was able to remind her that I previously stated the insurance listed PPO, she said that is fine. She wasted 7 minutes and 1 sec of my time. Being that she's a receptionist and do not know the proper information.. she should find a new job. Ridiculous."

"Worst Experience at dentist...If you love waiting for over 90 minutes to be seen by the dentist...go right ahead and enjoy it. This was my first visit to this practice. I had a great cleaning with the dental assistant during my cleaning, but after that, all HELL broke loose...the dentist didn't even know why I was there, so he didn't bother to read any chart or talk to the assistant...he didn't bother to find out who I was, walked in and simply said, "what is this patient in here for?"...it didn't matter that this was my first visit there, I was just $$ to him...then he hears I have an accent and he decides to go on a fishing expedition on where I was from rather than just asking where I was from. He left and 1hour later he came back, walked around then left again. 30 mins later he comes and I had had enough, so I told him I was cancelling the filling (just a freaking filling). He goes on to say in my face that I have "time issues" and that "we have all day here, so when you have time"...At no point whatsoever did he apologize for taking so long. Clearly, he doesn't care about his patients enough...maybe he's got plenty enough that's why...well, he won't see me there again...One and Done!!"
