"My initial rating was 5 stars, but as of today, I have discovered that I was misled in multiple ways. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location having multiple items and multiple vehicles sprayed. The most recent, was an off-road van, which I had the interior, exterior, bumpers, grille, and back door panels sprayed (extremely expensive). For the van exterior, I was told the entire exterior coating would be color matched to the color I select. I was led to believe that it was. However today, following a car wash, I discovered that the exterior coating IS NOT the color I selected. Instead, they used regular black LineX, and then sprayed paint over the top. This ends up being the same as regular car paint, and actually is far less reliable that car paint (i.e. came off in the car wash after three years). Additionally, there was a portion that peeled off immediately after the spray was completed, and they were supposed to warranty that, but said they never did. DO NOT let them spray the exterior of your vehicle! They don't warranty it for life like they do other things, because they know it will fail (see text messages). I'm heartbroken because my custom built amazing vehicle is essentially ruined, as I see no way of fixing what was done. I can recoup my fees with an attorney, but I still can't replace my vehicle. This is a horrible thing that has been done. (sorry the screenshots are out of order, not sure why it uploads that way). ***Edit: Well my review (above) was professional and honest, and I see the owner has responded and was COMPLETELY dishonest. They actually encouraged the full vehicle coating ( I have emails and texts), showed me several of their vehicles (including a fully coated black Ford Ranger) and touted how everlasting and durable the coating it was. They have now done a complete 180 it seems, and are now blatantly lying, which is disgusting and very disappointing. It's one thing to mess up and try to correct a color mistake without telling the customer, but it's another thing entirely to flat out lie after the fact to try and save face. This has nothing to do with driving through brush, never have and I have no scratches at all. The LineX itself is intact. The issue is, they messed up the initial color and tried to hide it by spraying regular auto paint over the top.... So the paint is now coming off in the carwash and the darker (wrong color) LineX is showing through. I would avoid this place - I'm seeing now that I was foolde.... They are completely dishonest, so I'm becoming less surprised at my experience."
"So my wife and I run a small business and we called this company asking for help with ladder racks on our truck. Bryce the lead installer told us that they could do it that the ladder racks they use are great and they put their name behind them…. Well while there putting the ladder rack in my truck it’s breaking and they blame it on the manufacturer and then when I get upset because Bryce’s professional opinion is wrong he then starts to act like he’s going to fight me over it. When I tell the owner about the problem he takes no accountability and begins to defend his over worked and aggressive employees behavior. We will never use this company again and plan to tell all our subcontractors to not use this company either. Customer service is horrible and the owner has horrible energy and attitude. I was wanting to spend money in there and they acted like they didn’t care. Go somewhere else, Bryce will mess up your truck."
"I would like to thank Truck Works South for their superior efforts in finally getting the MX-4 tonneau cover from BAKFlip installed on my truck. The first one they installed had manufacturing defects. They noticed them as it was installed and explained they would order the repair parts and get it fixed. After replacing one part the cover still didn’t work correctly. It took some effort but after several communications with BAKFlip, they were able to procure a replacement top and get it installed. It took about 4 months but throughout the ordeal they have been in constant communication with me. I never once doubted their efforts to make it correct. They also installed a Line-X spray in bed liner. That went perfect. I highly recommend Truck Works South for anything you may want for your truck. Thanks again."
"The staff was great from the time I walked in the door until I left. Had a bed extender installed. After if was done the tech showed me how to use it. The job was completed fast and to my satisfaction. Went back for more work on 2 SEP and they didn’t disappoint. Had our running boards sprayed and they look marvelous."
"They sprayed a liner in my 2020 Lariat today. Looks great. Had a minor problem w/my tailgate latch after getting home (40 min away), so the owner came by my house to make it right. He fixed the issue it in my driveway. Can't ask for better service than that. Bryce was professional and helpful on the phone as well. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for more upgrades."
