I’m used to an older style of ‘1st time appointment’..where the Dr. kinda gets to know you .. & that did not happen. "From the very first moment I walked into Blacker Family Dental office, I was greeted with a smile and such warmth at the front desk and felt completely comfortable. My dental hygienist was so nice and welcoming and was very patient and kind to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable from introduction to my images, and making me comfortable in the chair before I was introduced to Kyle. My dentist Kyle, he also greeted me with such kindness and professionalism. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile, and I felt so comfortable with him and all staff on assessing what I needed done that day and he was able to identify some additional work I needed done with my teeth and helped out that very day. Even though I came in for a routine appointment, him and my hygienist spent their time placing a temporary crown and did it with such ease, patience, and comfort while taking their time doing such. I want to thank all the staff at Blacker Family Dental and I am looking forward to continue my dental needs to their office in the future, I do not plan on going anywhere else in the city. I am so grateful for the comfort and kindness they showed me. Kyle, my dentist, even called me the next morning to follow up on my temporary crown to make sure all was still good. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this, this shows true professionalism and that they truly care about their patients and well-being.
