"I was a patient before the new management, which was 5-6 years ago. I had a peridontal cleaning right before they switched management and was told I could always come back to have my numbers checked and it was a part of the periodontal cleaning I had. The new people in the office will not acknowledge this and continues to mention what my insurance will cover but I was under the impression it was covered from the initial cleaning fee. They won’t even talk it out with me to understand my confusion if that’s what this is. They are short and don’t care.
