"At first it seemed like the smile spot was a good ortho for people with low income. Took my daughter to the smile spot to get braces and they had to keep fixing the quad because it kept falling off, i fell behind on the payments and now they deny my daughter any services even emergencies! They really dont care about the patients they are money hungry and heartless for children especially. Parents there are other places that will help you! Do Not Go or Take your children to this place the smile spot go to UMKC school of Denistry if you are financially limited they will help with care. The Smile Spot is not the place they claim to be unless you have money then they play like they care dont be fooled! Its time to take a stand to businesses like this! Do Not Give this company your money find a company that truly cares..about the patients..not the money."
