"This was so disappointing for our first time back in while…. definitely taking our business to North Oaks location from here on out. We ordered two blended coffees, both of which came out damn near white, one of which we even asked for extra flavoring and it’s the most bitter of the two? I was also craving a maple waffle, probably never will again. Had to come around the drive thru twice because the first one was in pieces, with a bonus napkin stuck to all the cheese and grizzle :). Just for the second one to be as if not more soggier than the first. Honestly I’m so sad a place we used to love has become a time and money waster. Also I know the sauce drizzle is a stupid thing for an adult to want but come on dude…"

"I just left there. The girls were very nice. My drink is phenomenal. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I got a peppermint mocha and told them to surprise me on the cold foam and they did great. It is so good thank you guys and happy holidays."

"I want to love this location as how it is convenient on my way go to work. Everytime I get my drink I always tip with cash. However, the drink here is made inconsistent. I was so disappointed but decide to give them a lot of chances by keep coming back. I ordered large blended caramelicious. It supposed to have whipped cream with caramel sauces on the top of it (like in the picture at the billboard). I have never customized my drink or ask for more but they made it just like what they want/ have in stock without letting the customer know. And today I am totally upset on how this location made my drink, Caramelicious without any whipped and sauces on top. It tasted totally different to the point I want to throw it. Is it how the company want to earn smiles from the customers? Please make the drink more consistent, at least! because this is not the first time my drink was made not right!"
