"6 people working drive up but had to wait to wait for inside service Bacon was next to raw, sandwich lukewarm, latte lukewarm and came out 5 min after sandwich. Not on par with typical Starbucks service."

"This location is often closed. Not sure if it is a staffing issue or supply chain issue, but if you come, prepare yourself to wait and/or find another location to get your coffee fix. The staff is always kind and friendly, just short staffed ."

"I have officially dubbed this location Slowbucks. It's unfortunately the closest one to our house. Whenever my wife orders Starbucks, I always ask her if she ordered from Slowbucks or another location. Whe you go through the Drive-thru, they may or may not acknowledge you. They will NOT take your order until they are close to done with the order at the window. This leads to a really long line as there is always 1 car at the window, one car at the order screen, and nobody in between. I'm assuming this is intentional to keep their times down, but no other place does this. When you finally do get your order, it is usually at least correct."

"Drive thru, but have been inside a few times. This last time, I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for them to acknowledge me but no one came over the speaker. No one greeted me or asked me to hang on for a minute and I sat there. After several minutes I finally spoke up. Someone came on and said it would be a few minutes. After sitting there for about 5 more minutes, they came on and apologized for the wait. I tried to place my order, but was told they didn’t have the ingredients needed. So I left and went to another Starbucks."

"Ordered a cup of coffee at 8:55am from the manager. I know the store was busy so I was being patient. Kept looking to see if my drink was ready at 9:40am still nothing. I went to the counter to ask for a refund. The manager again came. I told him he took my order and I would like my money back after almost waiting an hour. Needless to say he really didn’t care. Said they were busy and refunded my money. Pretty disappointed as this has been my favorite Starbucks up until now."
