Starbucks

"I have been going here for years and lately the service has been so bad. The baristas on the weekends are so rude, they are never at the counter. When we come up to the counter they eventually come over, but they act irritated that they have to take our order. Like I am disrupting their day. They glare and act annoyed, don't talk, it's so rude and a bad vibe. And yes I do tip well, I really don't know what's going on with the service here. Also, the interior of the cafe is always dirty. Another small thing, they don't write my name on my cup. Don't bother to ask my name when I order. I have to go to the counter with all the to-go orders and try to pick out which coffees are mine. Like, they really don't care at all !! Disappointing, this used to be my go-to Starbucks."

"We stopped in at 4:10pm grabbed a couple coffees and a danish. While we were finishing up, a staff member threw the rest of the pastries in the garbage. Not sure if I'm more upset that my wife just paid for a Danish that just barely missed getting trashed or the wasted food. For clarity, the food was tossed into a black garbage bag, and another trash bag was then tossed into it."

"I don't even want to give 1 star. I have been going to this location for years. This past year I noticed my drinks were being shorted little by little each time. One day, I decided to just ask why my drinks were being shorted, and if they could remake it for me since this time it was half way filled. The manager told me that if I wanted my drink filled I needed to pay more. Decided to give them one more chance, I ordered a latte this AM and of course, my drink was filled half way again. When I spoke to the manager on why my drink was shorted again, after I even paid extra and she said that it's not supposed to be shorted and she's aware that they short drinks all the time. This is completely ridiculous, especially paying $10 for a cup of coffee. Service and quality has gone down hill. Save your money and go somewhere else. Caribou Coffee, Dutch Bros, or Fitti's Espresso are some places I would recommend Better service and you actually get a full cup of coffee with no extra charge"

"Well I want to share what the barista does when you ask for whip cream. You get a thin coat barely covering the top of the cup. I treasure my trips to Starbucks because I can afford to go there only once a month. I guess Ill have to find another place that gives whipped cream and does nothing to cut corners. 11 dollars for a drink half way done. Never again."

"Grabbed a cold drink. Just one of your pricy drinks. This location is quaint and small. No drive through. Small lounge seating area with over sized chairs. Main area has tables and regular chairs. Few rables and chairs at the store front. Off to the side is a patio seating area. Parking is a little tight. Several retailers close by and being the end unit."
