Sonic Drive-In

"Showed up 45 minutes before close, lights were already off. I was making an order and half way threw the lady stopped answering and ran outside and yelled at me to pull up to the window and stop waisting her time. We got 2 milk shakes one of them was made incorrect and the either was not mixed it was just ice cream with everything at the bottom. The lady only gave us one straw so i asked for another and she argued that she gave us 2 then rudely threw us another one. Overall very rude and lots of attitude. I suggest going to the sonic on the other side of Leavenworth, very quick and very friendly."

"The service was fast, but they counted every item. There were two of us but one Sonic peppermint candy with our order."

"The food was good except the tater tots tasted as if the grease was old. Sure it was a one off because their food is normally good. Eaten there many times."

"Staff is not very friendly and service is very slow. At times, there is less than minimum staff in the store, which causes the long wait. Food overcooked. They have a nice variety of drinks to choose from that are always made with care."

"This review is for a person who made a bad experience good. I ordered food. I did not ask for a receipt or check the order. I shouldn't have to. Order was wrong. None of my food was in the bag. I drove back. Asked for the manager. I didn't catch her name, but whoever was the manager on July 22nd at around 10-11pm, she is the right person for the job and you owe her at least a dinner because she is awesome. She met with me, face-to-face, took my order, wrote it down, repeated it back to me, and then personally made my order, ensured it was right before I left. And then... she thanked me. Truly wholesome person who cares about her job."
