"Starbucks can be great, and this store started out amazing. It’s definitely gotten worse as it has been open longer. I’m paying almost $10 for one medium drink, if I get add-ons they should be in my drink. The past few times I have went I ordered drinks with something or multiple things added in and they are not in my drink. It’s stuff that is definitely noticeable if it were in there. I think the staff can be nice and I don’t normally say anything because they can be really busy and I completely understand that, but when the parking lot is empty and there are 12 staff members inside I was kind of hoping for my drink to be made the way I paid for it. Aside from that, all the basic drinks I get are great."
