"I believe we were one of the last customers when the company was still Larson before becoming “Paschal”, but still the same one. Regardless of the name or changes, the quality and service were top-notch. We called them for a heater replacement since the old one began to fail and give problems knowing a cold winter would be coming but we ended up getting a whole AC/heating system. After a detailed estimate and discussion, the three young people came days later and installed everything in just one day. And just like that, everything was working to perfection. Accidentally, during installation, they dented the top AC cover, ok, was not a biggie, it happens. The company replaced it much later at no cost. Overall, we're happy with them."
