"Once again, multiple items missing from my pickup order that were found inside the store immediately after pick up. My frozen items which were picked up right on time, were barely even frozen anymore. The level of incompetency of management is inconceivable. It is impossible to use this service and plan a menu and only stop at 1 store which proclaimed to have all the items you needed when, in fact , they did not and do not notify you until moments before you arrive to pick them up. I am through using Walmart entirely. I will never enter a Walmart facility and suggest that no one else does either. You run the risk of being robbed anyways, so stay safe and stay out of Walmart."
"Much better selection than its South Belt counterpart. Not going to have niche or a fantastic array of ethnic food products, but much more than the other location. Depending on the time of day it can be extremely busy, which, combined with the fact that at the end of the day you're contributing to a dystopian worldwide box store conglomerate, it only gets 4 stars."
"Ordered groceries online for pickup at the store. Arrived at the beginning of the hour window for pickup. When I called the number on the sign, I was told it would take 20-30 min for them to bring the products to the car. After sitting there for 60 minutes in -6 degree weather, I called back to see what the problem was. After giving my name and the order number, I was told they had nothing in the system for that name or order number. When I questioned why they'd said they had it in the initial call, they talked to me like I was crazy. Apparently, a second person with a clue got involved and at 1 hr and 22 min, the groceries were brought to the car. I don't intend on using the north Belt Walmart ever again."
"Just come get some fruit. Store smell fresh in the morning..good working hard worker nice."
"After the experience I had with the Auto Care center today, I will never bring my car back to Walmart for maintenance. I told the cashier I had a leak in my front right tire. After waiting for almost an hour, I was told that store policy prohibits them from working on a tire with stripped lugnuts. The lugnuts were not stripped when I dropped my car off. What made it worse was the people working on my car knew that the lugnuts were stripped, but didn't offer much help. When I asked to file a claim, the Auto Care manager seemed agitated along with the cashier. The cashier was trying to talk to me about going to get a receipt for getting it worked on elsewhere and getting reimbursted. I know if a claim is filed it looks horrible on the company. They don't care, they don't want to look bad. As the manager was going thru my paperwork she started shifting the blame on me, and not the person working on my car. I told her that I brought my car in 8/18/23 to get my tires rotated and then got a new tire. I had no reason to get my car worked on from 8/18/23 to 9/6/23. I asked the mechanic how is it possible that my lugnuts got stripped and his response was "I don't know. I have only been here for 2.5 months." I will never recommened Walmart Auto Care for anything. Bad enought that I had a leak in my tire and take time off work to get it fixed, and leave with an even bigger problem. I left with stripped lugnuts and a tire that has a leak. Super disappointed with how this situation was handled. From getting angry when I asked to file the claim to the manager blaming me for the stripped lugnuts, and the cashier talking me out of filing a claim so the store doesn't take a hit. I have paperwork that shows this Walmart worked on my car. Like I said before, when I dropped off my car to have my tire patched, the lugnuts were fine. After going back to the Auto Care center, I was told they got stripped and store policy prohibits them from working on tires with stripped lugnuts. I would rate 0/5 if that were even possible"
