The administrative staff - I worked with Sheila - at the front made me feel so welcome and made the new client/appointment process painless; my dental hygienist Laneisha was incredibly thorough with her cleaning and provided explanations for every care step; and then Dr. Caldwell came in and gave me his undivided attention, reviewed my dental health goals, and answered all of my questions. He treated me like I was a real person and not just a patient.
