"Very disappointed with the service we received and how we were treated by the “manager”. She was very rude from day one, she was not helpful and when you asked questions she responded like you should know. We have been driving around on bad tires for over 2 weeks because they dropped the ball and failed to notify us when they were delivered. Mel at the auto desk should not be in this business since she clearly doesn’t want to be."

"Had to jump start the car battery and was hoping to find a quick replacement before getting stuck again. Went to this so-called "Auto Center" for help and was told "we're not taking any more customers today." It was around 4:15 PM on a Saturday. Fine, I went to Advanced Auto Parts down the street and they happily sold and installed a battery for me. Just one more reason not to shop at Walmart."
"They are often times busy but due to factors out of their control. The staff and technicians are great and always leave my car in great shape. I love coming here for fix ups because it is always a fair price for the service. As a female college student, I'm always aware of mechanics trying to sell me something extra, but I like this center cause they are always honest."
