These days, great customer service is hard to find. I wish more businesses took greater pride in the service they provide to their customers. They could probably take some lessons from these folks. "What a great group to work with! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and Doug and his team did a Quick Look over the car to make sure everything else was good. There were a few other things they recommended I get done and those recommendations came with explanations and a no-pressure option. "I recently had the unfortunate event of the motor in my 2011 Ford F-150 need replacing. Due to personal financial circumstances I decided to let it sit and I purchased a 2009 Dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7 hemi in it. After driving it for 2 weeks I started to have a tapping sound in the engine which I thought was a lifter. I took it to Northland Auto pro completely stressed because of the circumstances obviously and hopeful that it wasn't anything major. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, after diagnostics which they were very thorough with by the way, it was determined that my new truck as well now needed a new motor. I hired Northland to do the engine replacement in which they did at a very very fair price and went absolutely above and beyond for me. They got it done and a timely fashion as quick as they could for me knowing that it was my means of income being a general contractor. They kept me informed every day with their precise progress and so I never once had to worry or wonder what was going on with my truck or when I would get it back. The staff is unbelievably friendly and the quality of the work I can already tell is top of the line. they do everything from small jobs to something as serious as this so I'm telling you if you're looking for a good place to where you can be worry and stress-free that you're in good hands with a very knowledge and professional garage go check these guys out!
