"Disappointments Galore! No lettuce on the salad bar. No dressing except blue cheese and Italian. No crackers, fruit, or croutons. I had to bus and clean my own table. I asked several times for help but received none. No pasta on the hot bar. Fountain stations were overflowing with ice. People trying to make single cups of coffee using the gallon coffee maker. Almost $40.00 for two and the card reader prompts you for a tip! I noticed at least 8 different employees of which 2 were trying their best to keep up. Chicken as always was better than the pizza but seemed like they needed to change the oil. Hope it gets better."

"The last few times I visited Pizza Ranch, I was not pleased. I visited in August of 2023, then again on 2/28/24. Both times, the chicken was dry and overcooked, and some pieces were visibly burnt. And instead of the restaurant pulling the old, dried out chicken off the buffet and replacing it with fresh, they just leave it there until somebody, which happened to be me, request fresh chicken. You would think with dinner rush approaching, they would refresh everything and not leave dried up chicken on the buffet. Last year, I just thought it was a random incident, but to visit again this year and still have the same results. No. It's not random. The chicken will sit on the buffet for hours until it is gone or somebody requests fresh chicken. And when they did bring out fresh chicken, instead of throwing out that old, dried up, burnt chicken, they just sat it on top of the fresh chicken. The other food items were mediocre."

"Going down the road & saw Pizza Ranch. Once we got where we were going I looked Pizza Ranch up on Google & read the reviews & looked at the pictures. We decided to stop by. Pizza was good wish they had more varieties. I requested a thin crust pizza they brought it to my table. The staff were friendly. The fried chicken was seasoned & juicy. I would definitely recommend this place. They serve soft serve ice cream OMG it was good. You have to definitely visit Pizza Ranch"
