"Nice new gas station with clean bathrooms. However the water is set an automatic temperature which is too hot for children to wash their hands and cannot be adjusted by hand. The employees were very nice and courteous when asked if they could make the water temperature cooler for young children. They said management is aware of it but refuses to do anything about it. It’s sad when management doesn’t listen to employees communicating customer concerns. This is the Trex near Platte City, Missouri. Hopefully this review will be noticed and can prevent a child from scalding their hands."
