"One of the worst locations in KC if not the worst! Pizza was so burnt the crust was falling apart! Had no pizza smell all you could smell was burnt crust! Poor customer service from the manager, had to fuss and argue just to receive a refund or remake! Don’t waste your time going to this location! If I could leave a zero star rating I would!"

"Dont even waste your time going to this location went to pick up order because the app said it was ready just to get to the store and was told it wasnt ready. Waited another 10-15 minutes and luckily one employee double checked and told me my food was sitting on the shelf the whole time and was ready but by that time it was cold. Never going back to this location again."

"John's artwork has always been something I've had to admire from what seems to be an emotional distance, but with his latest set of sculptures I feel like what he's making and the feelings behind it are coming more into focus for me. I really enjoy these pieces and I wish I had more time to stare at them that night. I think I'll have to revisit them."

"Depending on how desperately hungry you are and how much you don’t want to cook should guide you on whether or not to order here. I will never be that hungry or desperate again. I shall avoid this place forevermore. The dough was raw (except for the edges and very bottom). Like, taste the yeast and feel the squishy texture raw. You can also see that one slice doesn’t even have cheese on it at all. Don’t worry, Papa John’s, I went ahead and finished baking it when I got home. I’ll not trouble you with an order ever again. The time it would have taken to ask them to make it right just wasn’t worth it because I’d already made it home before inspecting. That’s on me. But if you do order from here, go ahead and inspect/taste before you leave the lobby. Trust no one at this location. They can’t get their signature dish (a pizza) right."
