"Told me exactly what was wrong with it saved me good amount of money"
"They are very nice helpful And affordable Great customer service"
"This auto repair shop is not honest, mechanics will lie to you to try to make unnecessary repairs. I brought a car to this shop for a state inspection. After a long hour of "inspection" The vehicle did not pass it because according to the inspector, rear brake pads were less than 1/32 thick. They wanted to repair the rear brakes for about $300.00. I said no. I got my car back home, I inspected the brakes and the rear brake pads were 2/8 or 8/32 thick. I got to the conclusion this auto repair tried to make unnecessary repairs and rip me off. Note: since I had the rear tires off to inspect the rear Brake pads, I replaced them for less than $50.00. I saved the old brake pads for evidence just in case I need to show them in a court of law."
"Went to various auto places, they were not knowing what they could quote me on, or what to do, and to reliant on the internet. Starting from $600.... I imagine I will get more quotes next week. Out of respect, I will contact them Monday as to not waste their time. Seemed complicated to them. I am no fool around a wrench, but not a pro mechanic either. Not close. I needed real help. Ole boy named John at Porrfirio (I purposely remembered) jumped in. He Figured the whole thing out in 30 minutes. I tried for a week to figure it out myself. He didn't get on the net, not scared. Just a guy that could figure things out. A hands on dirty hands fixer. My bro. $35. Just a service job. He just knew his way about. Really impressive. Will go again! Criticism: Get a secretary or something. Phone doesn't work. This place has REAL mechanics though. Old school. They can figure it out. Reminds me of an old story I won't get into. You pay for someone's experience on where to tap a hammer. Honestly I would have been just as happy if he said it would be $100. And even if I later want them to replace the whole thing, he said it wasn't a big deal. Confident. Not like other places... I am sure it will cost, but I am confident in this place."
"First time they replaced a part that they assumed was the problem and charged me $295. When I took it back because the problem still existed, they made excuses and then charged me $395 to fix the actual problem. At the end of the day, the malfunctioning part could be bought from AutoZone for $128. Shop charged me $238. One helluva a mark up. Also charged me $120 in labor costs both times. 2nd visit was literally 2 bolts and a plug. Would take maybe 5 minutes or less to remove. They should also give customers a courtesy call to let them know costs before making the repair. Will not use them again."
