"Paid almost $300 to my exhaust fixed, 6 months later the same problem. Called several times over several days with no answer and no way to leave a message. Was suggested this place by Kruzes but I would not go here. Overpriced, didn’t complete the job, won’t even answer the phone at their business."

"Friday morning on my way to work my car started having issues. I was in a panic because it’s my family’s only car and I needed it for the weekend. I kept calling different businesses to see if they could look at it that day, unfortunately no one could. I called Kruse’s and they recommended I call Bruce’s. When I called Bruce’s I was about to bring in the car right away. Unfortunately my car needed a new part, I googled the issue before even calling them (said cleaning the part won’t even work for my car year). After my husband spoke to them, they mentioned they cleaned that part and it didn’t work, so they had to order a new one. Exactly what google said would happen. My husband said they were very nice and honest. I definitely would recommend them and plan to bring my car there in the future."

"Best place in St. Joe to get your car repaired. Honest people there and they genuinely care about making sure they do their job right. Before I was referred to this place I went to another locally owned repair shop and they tried to nickel and dime me over a period of a few months never fixing the problem. The first day that Bruce's Auto had my car they told me the issue and I scheduled my car to be repaired and it came back to me like new! They didn't keep my car but a couple of days. I will continue to take my vehicles there. I know I can trust them."
