"I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop that the bottom of trackpad was knocked out place. The top was still good but the bottom popped out. I took it to this business to be evaluated and they said they could fix it. After 1 day they called and said it was fixed. They charged me $50. I then went home and the next day when I opened my laptop for the 1st time it was still broke. I called back to see if they would make it right and all they told me is that they pushed it down as far as they could get it but that is all they could do but I still had to pay for their time of doing absolutely nothing. What they should have done is tell me they couldn’t fix it, you know be professional. No they wouldn’t have made anything but I would have trusted them the next time when I needed a repair or even better I would have referred them to someone for sure. Not now. They told me to call back Monday and talk to the owner. I will update what he thinks about charging people for them doing nothing."
