"If I could give them a half of a star I would they used to be but last time I took my phone which was like a month ago they ended up resetting my whole phone factory resetting and this phone was very special to me and I had a lot of memories and pictures in it that I can't get back I basically went up there and pay the money this will be my third time like fixing my phone and the man was like there's no way to do anything except factory reset it and that was the brother so if you have stuff that is valuable on your phone please make sure that you have it backed up or something because it's a it's a big chance that they will be they won't be able to retrieve it back"
