"I hired Prestige to perform several modifications to my Jeep. One of the things I requested was a soft top because I didn't want the hard top it came with. I was given quote for the labor and material and approved it along with the other items I wanted from the quote. They said the vendor they use is the best of the best with the tops. Fast forward to when I go to open my top and windows for the 1st time (I was told to wait some time for it to "set" so it was not opened until a few weeks after picking it up---which they've said oh we never said that). They installed a top that does not fully retract. This is absolutely not what I wanted. Upon reaching out to the shop, no one was there that could help me get this figured out. Hours later the person that same person who is not an owner or decision maker called and left me a message very simply stating a refund isn't an option. I immediately called back and spoke to Stacey. I was extremely upset that she'd have an employee relay that info (especially since she's previously told me not to speak to anyone but her???) So if I have a problem I'm forced to go through you only. But if you want to dodge me, talking to a random employee is just fine. Needless to say I threw out a lot of curse words and demands as can only be expected in this situation. Long story short I'm being refused a refund because she "can't and don't want to take this loss ". The vendor they used Is unwilling to refund them because it's "used" now. However had I been told/shown what I got installed from Prestige we wouldn't be in this predicament. Stacey also tried to say she relayed the info regarding the kind of top I was getting. I was never told the top was not fully retractable nor given any options. They took it upon themselves to install something i did not ask for and now they do not want to make this right. The only resolution I was given was they can remove it and I can deal with selling online. And they'd put the soft top from my husband's jeep on there. I got extremely heated as can be imagined. This company has been awful with communication which makes everything that more frustrating. This is not an acceptable way of conducting business. I'm now being ignored. Please think twice before letting them scam you. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars here between 3 different vehicles we've customized. This isn't how good paying customers should be treated. I'm trying to get this resolved and my email and texts have been ignored. They deal with customer issues by ignoring them. How is this acceptable? I have lots of proof of incorrect communication or lack of communication over the last couple months I've had to deal with this place. As a business owner, this absolutely blows my mind. Please do not use them. And Prestige please don't respond to this unless you're taking accountability."
"By far one of the best true honest Mopar performance shops I have been to and will be back if I ever decide to do another build the correct way. Needless to say back when I was getting work done with Prestige I would drive from Mississippi sometimes central Florida, only because I got highly recommended to go there to have my issues fixed. My issue was I had recently gotten a 6.1(SRT8)300, procharged at a not so good and only "performance shop" in pearl, MS. They performed some shady work, going as far purposely leaving sensors unplugged, spark plugs incorrectly gapped/under torqued, fuel pump line slightly on pump, electrical issues and in the end resulted in car not being able to WOT and towed. After much arguing and going back to them I finally got the owner to admit that they primarily only specialize in general repairs and do not work on Mopars often. Prestige without hesitation, after 5hr drive took me in, identified issues, quoted me(a nice quality work tab), and gave me a rough but good turnaround time. They are very straightforward honest and blunt which depending on which part of the states you're from can be received as rude or neutral. But I can reassure you that when the work is done you'll be satisfied and if not they'll take it back, examine and then explain to you whatever it is that you are experiencing. How I know? is because I took a few 5hr trips back for "fine tuning" nothing that they generally repaired. To this day I am amazed at how I thought about selling my car of years to now enjoying every boosted mile of it without worrying about being broken down on the side of the road, like the last shop in MS did."
"It was absolutely by far the worst experience I've ever had and will NEVER go back! We brought my Dad's truck there for a tune after installing a cam, lifters, etc. because honestly I didn't/couldn't figure out how to make it run with the hp tuner software. 1st it was 1k for the tune, got a call from what we would soon find out is the rudest, most unprofessional woman (owner's wife) we have ever dealt with hands down with no exaggeration! She proceeded to explain that my dad's 2013 hemi ram had some nasty noises/knocking internally and approval was needed before they would continue. I of course agreed whatever was necessary to fix my dad's (Ronald Simoneaux) a 72 year old disabled Vietnam War veteran's truck after spending 16k 6 months before on said truck o ly to find out the lifters were chewing the cam lobes...... The next call I got was to inform me that his truck had 3 bent valves and they would do the work for $4,700 which is an outrageous price for any shop. After about 6 days they informed me that they completed the work and would need some money immediately. My dad gave $600 the day before and I paid right at $500 that day. Needless to say that horrible excuse for a shop owner (the wife) had her under qualified mechanics call us ever other day demanding more money and that they were charging us $25 a day in late fees until the remaining balance was paid.... I watched my dad cry telling me that he believed he wouldn't be able to get his truck back before they would sell it because of the sheer disrespectful and belittling phone calls my father had to endure with that woman whom should never have been allowed to have any contact with customers. We finally got the remaining $2,700 and picked the truck up only to be on the side of the road after driving for about 30 minutes because of the obviously inexperienced and so called mechanics forgot to put the bolts in the belt tensioner. If you value things such as respect, understanding, or decency towards others AVOID THAT HELL HOLE AT ALL COST!! Lastly to the owner's of Prestige Auto Works Llc, the way you treated myself Brandon Lee Simoneaux, my wife Desiree Simoneaux and last but certainly not least my father Ronald Simoneaux retired United States Army disabled veteran..... May I remind that the reason your allowed to STEAL hard working, tax paying Americans money is because my dad fought for your rights as an American citizen in a war you just might have heard of called VIETNAM! You as well as your husband (self named) "Mopar Mike" should be ashamed at the way customers are treated by you 2 money hungry jokes! With all that said I have proof of every word of the above In txt msgs, recorded phone conversations and witnesses that would be more than happy to back up every bit of what I said. What a great way to use your blessings to put curses, strife and struggle back into the world.....SHAME ON BOTH YOU!"
