"I had a bad burning smell coming from my in wall oven and the panel would get extremely hot. Passion came through my home warranty company. The guy literally just turned on the oven, said it works, recommended I heat some water with lemon in the oven and the smell would go away. He didn’t bother to open the panel and investigate where the smell was coming from! According to him, no malfunction. I called my home warranty company, and told them this is not the case, clearly there’s a malfunction because something is burning! They sent a GE service guy, he actually opened it up and immediately diagnosed the problem. There was CLEARLY a malfunction and there could’ve been an electrical fire! I would not recommend Passion for anything. They don’t take the time or effort to diagnose a problem. I would call that lazy and not knowledgeable! Before Passion even came, I told my home warranty company about their bad reviews and I was hesitant to have them service my oven. They told me, oh it’s just a bunch of fake reviews trying to make the company look bad. I will say this! I’m a real customer and this is a real review! I DO NOT recommend this company!"

"American Home Shield sent this company out to my house. Trace showed up ask what’s the issue. I inform him that my refrigerator is leaking water on the freeze side. He unscrew the back of the refrigerator there was no issue. He put his hand on the ice in the freezer tells me that I have to unplug my refrigerator for 24 hours and that should fix the issue. He never took the panel off in the freezer to look at the coils to see what’s the problem. He assume the problem. I called American Home Shield and the company and made a complaint. This is unacceptable!!!!"

"Leaving 1* because I couldn't leave 0*. Techs are quick to throw parts at items and if it doesn't fix the issue they will Throw more parts. I have been assigned this company 3x now from American Home Warranty and they are the worst appliance company in the area. Well over half the time, they wrote the claim where it was denied and the time where the items were covered, they ended up having to come back 2-3x to get things repaired. Of the items repaired, 2x I had to be reassigned to another company (which was great - AAA appliance). I would never pay for this company's service and going forward, I will ask to be reassigned to another vendor if ever given them. Limited knowledge and the company doesn't want to fix the appliances, but rather just be paid for a 5 minute "service call" and then deny the repair."

"We were assigned this company by our home warranty company for oven repair. The technician was initially friendly. We told him the bake temperature was not getting hot enough. He tested the broiler first, found that got the oven hot, then tested the bake by setting the oven to 350 then letting it preheat. After the preheat, he said that since the display said 350, obviously the oven was working and there was nothing he could do. Not until I put an oven thermometer inside and showed him it never went over 125 did he realize that yes, we were right, and it wasn't working. After that, he got noticeably less friendly and short with us. He said he would order parts and we never heard from him again. I have strong doubts about his knowledge level about how ovens work and would not trust any repairs he could do. We ended up going with a different company for our repair service."
