"Would have loved to give them a great review but didn’t even get that far. When we first contacted Danny, he was very enthusiastic on fixing the mostly cosmetic damage to our Grand Design but as time went on (4 months) we were unable to even get a call back. When we were able to get in touch with Christy, she promised to pass on the message that “we wanted to know if he was still able to do the work and to please not leave us hanging” well, thats exactly what they have done. Crickets… not one word from Danny. A real shame that they can’t even tell you they can’t do the work, because they have such a good reputation on their service. So although I can’t rate their service, I can rate their communication skills and they are sorely lacking."

"Took our Vanleigh Beacon here due to the multiple recommendations regarding their service. I needed some warranty fixes taken care of as well as some additional items that were no longer covered under warranty. They worked on frame repair, suspension, body and interior. I can say their service was excellent and well worth the 1200 mile (one way) trip to get those items repaired. The work was done a lot faster than I expected and done with high quality. They were even able to fix some issues that stumped other repair facilities. Kristy made the scheduling easy and Stacy performed great work on the RV. Very pleased with their work and can highly recommend them."
