"32 year career equipment operator and truck driver. I got this new dump truck with a brand new duraclass box. Simply stated, this is absolutely the cheapest built and poorest design dump box I have ever used. Seriously? No wonder they can get the lowest bid on gov contracts. I don't have all day to list all the ridiculous design ideas and design flaws with this box. I wish I had my old truck back. Obviously they do not have effective leadership within their company, nor have they listened to customer feedback over the years. If you're a professional at all, you'll regret buying a duraclass."
"Dump body built by duraclass is impressive but they let anybody become a distributor and install. I had nothing but problems with quality of install. The bed is only as good as the weakest link! Y’all need to make sure that the distributor you let sign up with you are doing a quality install job and actually KNOW what they are doing. Very disappointed!!!"
