Each employee I've had contact with has been both professional and respectful of my time and property while working in my home. Jason explained what to expect and was clear on cost and expectations of time line to replace my unit. He address my concerns and returned my calls. He and the Installers where on time and completed the work on time. Since it was hot as south Louisiana can get I had expected delays. I didn't expect such a quick install after the unit was ordered and received in their warehouse. I was thankful though. The whole process was easier than I expected and am very thankful for that. "Highly recommend Jason and Central heating and AC repair. Jason was so professional and knowledgable. We arrived home on a Friday after 6:00 and once we realized the AC was out (August in South Louisiana) I needed to find someone to get it working again. I found Central Heating and AC repairs and called the number. Jason answered, asked me some questions and said he would be here within the hour (This is on a Friday night.)He came and replaced and repaired one issue and he waited around to be sure it was cooling properly.
