"Having over 30 years experience in medical management I was shocked by the attitudes of the staff. The receptionist that checked me in was OK but not overly friendly. The lady that called me back to do my eye exam was extremely rude & obviously did not like her job. I have never been treated so poorly in any other medical facility. I DO NOT recommend this facility & I will never return."

"This place has an unprofessional staff. Their incompetent and hateful. My 75 year old mother called them because her prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. She begged them all day to please call it in. They never did. She has an infection in one eye, edema on both corneas and extremely severe dry eyes. They don't even have the decency to return phone calls to the patients. The doctors are awesome but with this staff I would think twice about going."

"They took me into the exam room early, efficiently checked my vision and dilated my eyes. The physician arrived early to do his examination and I was finished with time to ask questions if I wished to. Excellent service!"

"It's been a week waiting for trail contacts. Does not return phone calls. No communications. They said they called but no voice-mail or missed calls from them. Still waiting can't order new supply of contact's until I get my new prescription. I am out of contact's."
