"Arrived there 8am and was first one in line, checked in and after getting called, i gave the lady at the check in my doctor’s referral which was digitally sent. The lady just looked at the papers and told me that they wont accept it since there’s no doctor signature which confused me, and i thought to myself, did the doctor make a mistake? I didn’t bother checking it myself because i assumed the lady knew what she was talking about because she works there and she knows that they need, when I got home, i decided to check my papers again and the very bottom it said “electronically signed by” with the doctor’s name and date, so I went back in a hurry to show them and the lady apologized but it’s upsetting because she wasted my time. The rest of the experience is good but it was a careless mistake that could’ve been avoided had that lady checked my paper thoroughly."
"The staff was very informative about what they were doing and what was going to happen during my visit. I had to wait for an hour there, but it was part of the process. The waiting had nothing to do with the staff; just what I had to do to have the test done. Overall, it took about an hour and 15-20 minutes. I was pleased with my treatment and the efficacy of the staff."
"Incredible service! Even had an error on my part with timing and they were so accommodating. Everyone was so super sweet. Front desk girls had a warm welcoming vibe to them that had me feeling like they were my friends for years. The woman who did my MRI was so gentle, kind and throughly explained what was going to happen- she had me completely at ease! 10/10"
