"This is a great company to do business with. We had a A/C problem and a relative recommend them. They had a tech to our house fast in less then a day. He was able to find the leak in our system very quickly. After finding the problem he gave me a quote on repair but also discussed the issues with fixing a 17 year old R-22 system. Over the next couple of days I had the owner of the company work with me on a new replacement system. He was great to work with and spent a lot of time working with me on my new system. I had 6 companies quote my replacement system and decided to go with Superior Services due to them being able to provide the RUUD 20 SEER variable heat pump system that works with my home automation system. Once we decided on the system they were able to schedule installation within days. The techs that did the install were great. They took care to cover my floors and walls, and did a great job of clean up. They had the install completed in under 9 hours and the new system works great."

"Let me start by saying I have a very busy schedule. We bought a house from Fannie Mae and they did the wiring in the house and installed a new electrical box. We when first toured the house they had some rooms not even hooked up for the lights to work and they hooked up the stove wrong. They were called to finish the job and change out the plug. All they did was make the stove work with the old wire and still charged Fannie Mae for the work they didn't do. We wanted the kitchen outlets changed more recently and called on a Thursday to have them changed. The secretary stated they were busy until Tuesday but would call me back the next day. I had to wind up calling them back the next day and asking to make an appointment. The secretary said since we didn't make anything solid they would come out Saturday. I was thrilled. We made sure one of us was home in the time slot that was decided on. They said they would call an hour before and we never received a call. I understand if people get held up at other jobs but we were the first one scheduled that day. What it boils down to is they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They need to be better at communicating and make sure they let the customers know if they are not going to show up to a appointment that the company as set for the customer."

"Let me start by saying that I have a tremendously busy schedule and I rely heavily on the people around me to do the work that needs to be done in a very efficient and quick manner. I do not have time to be involved in all the minor details, that is the reason I hire employees and companies to perform tasks. I hired Superior Services to handle replacing an entire AC unit at one of my rental properties and they did an AMAZING job according to my tenants which are great people that have been renting from me for over 4 years. My tenants told me that they were very clean and neat in the way they performed their job and they cleaned up after themselves leaving no evidence that they were there.
