"8/31/23 They arrived at 10:40 for a 11:15 appointment, my air conditioner was blowing hot air, 20 minutes later they claimed to have changed a part and added antifreeze. He also said that it neeeded another part and it may be tomorrow before he installs it., the thermostat was at 85 for two days, they left and it is now 2:08 pm and it is still 85 degrees. I called Choice to let them know because I had yet to give them $85, I told the repair guy they have a high volume of calls when they call me back and they guarantee that my AC Will be fixed I will pay the $85. He rudely stated “if I don’t get the money today, I will remove the part that I put on and you will have no air” I said okay and shut my door. Why did this guy deem it necessary to pose a threat when I simply said I am waiting on a return call from Choice. Whether he did anything at all is questionable??? For him to issue a threat, does he himself feel threatened. I am a 76 year old grandmother and for him to seek re-entry is a problem for me. What do you think what should I do, should Choice send another company, it’s 85 degrees in here I feel sick, should I leave???"

Scott is an awesome Tech so nice and fast! The first time I needed them I was so impressed on how they got us fixed in 5 minutes. A year later I had to call and again the timing was even better .
