"I just left Pandora 5 minutes ago. It’s a lady that works there that is so rude. First, no one acknowledged me when I walked in so I immediately went to the checkout counter and stood in line. There were two people in front of me, no problem. I had a pick up order. I was next in line and I said hey & proceeded to tell her what I came for. She cut me off without even trying to listen and walked away. I waited 15 minutes at the counter before someone came to even ask if I was being helped. I am frustrated because I come shop with them often and I’ve never had a good experience. The lady that came to check me out apologized but overall the customer service is awful."

"If I could give this store a zero, I would! I normally give retail specialist grace on Mother’s Day and holidays but there’s so many ways the store could’ve operated today. I came into the store for a PICK UP order around 5. I didn’t know I needed an email and a lady let me know they I could stand to the side while she took care of people who did have emails first. She was then rudely interrupted by the assistant manager who told me that I needed to wait for an email. I had been waiting for 30 mins in line already and decided to walk around in other stores while I wait. I came back at 7:40 cause the line was short and they close at 8. I found the door to be locked and a security guard let me know that they weren’t accepting any more people even though my order had already been paid for. I don’t think I would’ve been as upset if my interactions with the employees weren’t horrible on top of them closing 20mins before it’s listed for them to close. This location and probably even this company will NEVER get a dime out of me. I’m beyond annoyed at my dented Mother’s Day plans over something that could’ve been avoided. IT TAKES TWO MINS TO BAG A PAIR OF EARRINGS. So many people walked away angry today and rightfully so! Do better! No one asked you to apply to work there and we are giving you our hard earned money so act accordingly."
