"Clean, well lit, well maintained. Anchor stores excellent. Liked the children, family area where one parent with small children can hang out while other shops. Decent food court options. Felt safe, went in, went to stores, found what needed, left. Shame it gets criticized, I enjoy shopping the large stores there, all salespeople friendly, helpful."

"Belk is an extremely organized, well arranged sales and personnel to politely help you. I would have given it 5 stars , if the escalator up to the men's Department, has been working. Technical problems are beyond the control of the employees in a store. My husband needed clothes and because I was with him and couldn't walk to another escalator near the mall part of the store. I suffer with intense shortness of breath. I would gladly have waited in our car so he could go to the Man's Department. Belk has excellent clothes and sales as well. I will encourage him to go on his own, so he can take advantage of the Great deals that are going on now."
"Northpark kids play area, family lounge and food court are destination worthy. My 10 year old loves the lounge while the smaller kids hit the play area. But the newly designed food court is open and welcoming along with wall mounted video games."
