"I went into this American Eagle today around 12:50 pm , no one greeted me 1 person was behind the register the whole time on their phone and never acknowledged I was even in the store. I also walked on aerie side to see what they had to offer and underwear was just thrown everywhere, no one was over there either. The store was a completely mess if you ask me they also stood around talking loud and I think that is so unprofessional. Poor service"
