"My experience with SMS has been great. Did I wait an hour for Dr. Hall because he was called into emergency surgery, yes. Did it bother me? Not at all. I would want him to take his time on that surgery, just as much as he would mine. I'd rather wait for an appointment than have him rush a surgery. He explained everything, had great bedside manner and his office has been helpful whenever I needed anything. The staff was kind and caring and went out of their way to make sure everything was handled for my surgery. I am 3 days post-op (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) and am healing wonderfully. Little to no pain, feeling great! I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me."
