I have called two times and still no confirmation of my move out. I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM AGAIN DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

"Red Dot took over ownership of this storage facility a couple of years ago. They have raised my rent by 93%. Be wary...they will lure you in with lower rates and then raise the rent on you. One time they locked my unit by mistake, refused to remove the lock in a timely manner, and then threatened me in regards to me removing the lock?!? Lastly, there is a huge hole in the concrete in front of one of the bays that has not been fixed. Company was made aware of the hazard but has not fixed it."
