"They absolutely suck!! Waited in line for 30 minutes. Did an online order then told us we had to come inside to get our food and refused to give it to us in the drive thru. Then we had to sit another 30 minutes just to get out of the drive thru because there's no where you can go to get out until the line is all the way through. The people are awful there they are always rude and take forever. Will not be back there ever again! I agree with the person who said they need to shut this place down or hire all new staff!"

"Absolutely terrible service. Taco Bell, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Either fire your entire staff and start over or shut this place down. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before driving up to the window. Sat there for another 10 before someone finally "motioned" me to come inside. The manager acts lost and asks employees if their headsets are on, which they respond NO! Terrible customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.. I won't be back. Ever.."

"Disgusting. Gave me a horrible stomach ache with old beans that smelled like burnt coffee. I worked at Taco Bell as a teenager, this is unacceptable. 2 stars on service because the employee at the window had my debit card just a little too long with her back to the window. Hands me my order and says nothing. Turns around and puts her back to me. No bueno."

"Put in mobile order and went to counter to check in so they could start making our order. She told me I had to wait in the drive through line. There was approximately 7 cars in line. Why do I have to do that I asked... got the response of that's how they doing the orders... makes no sense... finally after 30 min we got the food. The order was wrong and tasted like S[]$t... will never return here."
