"The food was good, flavor that is. The cut was very bad. We got bottled drinks because were not offered a choice. The lady at the register was very rude. She was short with responses and when I asked if they had garlic dipping sauce she didn’t ask how we wanted our drinks or if we were dinning in or taking out. And I don’t appreciate the eye rolls when I ask a question. Also they did not tell us that the pizza was even ready. The lady working the counter just went back to folding boxes in one of the lobby booths and we went up there to check on it and it was sitting on the warmer in to go boxes. Not a great experience but at least the food was good. I am big on customer service so this place probably won’t get another visit for a long time."
"After many years of not ordering from them because I thought this was the worst pizza place ever I ordered one tonight since it was so close to my new apartment. They out did themselves and showed me they are worse than I remember. Absolutely disgusting how is this place still open? Do yourself a favor and goto the Pizza Hut on Clay street atleast they know how to make an edible pizza"
