"So after coming in today to make a payment for my rent and had to show my i.d, I was shunned by the branch manager because he didn't want to read my paperwork that was with the i.d to show it was valid, or maybe he can't read I'm not sure. To be told I couldn't be helped in a rude fashion by this man was unprofessional, especially since my daughter was with me. He seems to have a dislike towards people that look latin even though I'm a black man, which shouldn't matter since I was a customer overall. I will be contacting the cooperate office about this matter and this person's name to have this handled thoroughly because from being in customer service and hospitality for over 15 years, never would I treat a guest the way I was today. It's surprising how judgmental individuals treat veterans these days. It never ceases to amaze me."

"After being with regions 10 years, I've had enough and I'm leaving. They're unprofessional. They give gouge you with fees for everything. $10 for a cashier's check, even though I had a checking, savings, loans, etc. Then when you tell them the issues, they couldn't care less. Find a credit union. Their interest rates are better and they actually care enough to retain your service."

"I definitely had one heck of an ordeal this morning, had to work a few things around and make some magic happen to pay some bills, but Ayanna and the rest of the staff really took care of me very professionally, they were patient even though I was kind of flustered and my requests were maybe slightly difficult & complex LOL many thanks for helping me get through a tough personal issue today and making some tough obstacles look easy! :)"

"I went to this location because the drive thru is open until 5pm... i got cash a state refund check the rep proceeds to ask what type check is this.. I look at her like really and I respond .. she then says that we cannot cash this check you can only deposit it .. if you want to cash it there will be a 3% or more charge but you can go to Trustmark and cash it .. I asked why I have an account. She then say and I quote "you don't have this amount in your account to cover it " I asked for my check back !!"

"Inconvenient hours, fees on pretty much everything. I had poor experiences with Regions for several years, mostly due to company policies rather than the actual employees I interacted with. I just found that most of their services came with few benefits or annoying fees."
