All you get now from the customer service “chat” is , inconsistent responses, not to mention the rudeness! When you call and if you do get an answer, you get someone from the “chat” that gives you the same inconsistent response and rudeness live in real time! What happened to the benefits of a small local bank versus the big banks? They have become absolutely terrible!!"
